Competition Choreography

ROUTINES

A routine is performed in both bodybuilding and fitness competitions. In the IFBB Pro Fitness competitions, the competitors must have a two-minute fitness routine and a 60 second routine including all the mandatory moves. In bodybuilding, the prejudging routine is performed in the morning and can only be 60 seconds. It is performed without music. The head judge will alert the competitor when there are ten seconds left. In the night show, the bodybuilder performs to music that can be 90 seconds to two minutes long. In both bodybuilding and fitness, the night show presentation usually only allows the top five from each class to perform their routines.

Lindsay has choreographed several routines for fitness and bodybuilding athletes. She has also choreographed all of her own fitness and bodybuilding routines. She has been dancing and tumbling since elementary school. She can teach you all the necessary strength moves for a fitness routine and can incorporate the latest hip hop and break dance moves into any bodybuilding or fitness routine.
