July 26th, 2003: Lindsay Places 2nd at the USA's in Vegas
Lindsay decided to do the USA's with less than four weeks of preparation and took second place! Lindsay had been competing in fitness at the National level through 1999 and her car accident in 2000 caused her to lay off the scene for a couple of years. She came back to the state level and competed as a bodybuilder at the GA Coastal and won the overall as a middle weight. The USA's was her first national level show as a bodybuilder. She dropped down to the light weight class for this show with just three and a half weeks of dieting. She went from 132 lbs to 118 lbs, and was the most muscular in her class. Lindsay's weight on stage was approximately 125 lbs. Lindsay's goal is to diet for 12 weeks for the Nationals to get her bodyfat lower in order to win the lightweight class which will earn her a pro card. Lindsay has the most unique bodybuilding routine combining strength and flexibility moves with sexy and muscular posing. Lindsay loves bodybuilding, because it gives her a chance to show the beauty of muscularity within her routines.
Here are some websites where you can view articles about Lindsay and more photos of her during the competition:
Melissa Mitchell is one of Lindsay's newest clients and one of the most devoted. She has two children and owns a very successful hair salon. She placed second in her first figure competition, but had the physique, grace, and beauty that should have won her the figure division first place title at the NPC Elite Bodybuilding and Figure Event in Greensboro, NC. Politics will get ya' every time. Michelle has qualified for Nationals, and she will be one of the several girls that Lindsay will be preparing for that competition. Right now, Lindsay is adding a little more muscle to Melissa's physique. With Melissa's hard work and determination, she will be ready for Nationals.

Ronnie Coleman Wins the Olympia Again
Written by Lindsay Mulinazzi

Yes, it's true. Ronnie wins again this year in the worst shape I have ever seen him compete. I hate to criticize, but he was off and his routine did nothing for me. The audience started to leave as the second place finish was given to Kevin Levrone. How many times have I heard that Kevin should have taken first , but the show was "given" to someone else. So, I guess Kevin just ain't kissin' the right ass. (Hmm) Well, that's fine with me, because it was perfectly clear that Kevin should have won.
Kevin walked away like a true athlete, stating "He merely did his best." And that he did. He came into this competition with lean and full muscle bellies as well as great symmetry and presentation. His routine was the most polished of all the competitors. Kevin worked hard all year for this competition and it showed. He competed in the Arnold and kept training straight through to the Olympia. He put on a considerable amount of size in comparison to the size and shape he had at the 2001 Olympia after only training for a few months.
Let us not forget the seven time Olympia winner Lenda Murray. She came in extremely full and lean. Coming out of retirement, Lenda shocked the audience with her presence. She had striations in her glutes and her muscles looked extremely hard. I was a little surprised, because the judges were supposedly going for a more feminine and softer look. I sort of thought Lenda was going to come in more voluptuous and less striated.
Nevertheless, Lenda looked incredible! Every line was showing in her quads and her back side was a picture of symmetry. Her physique flowed as if it was not a struggle at all for her to get back into the best shape of her life. Lenda has a flawless physique and the personality to match. I am happy that she took the 2002 Olympia. I hope she continues to steal the show.
