Lindsay has an extensive background in stretching and flexibility techniques. She has been performing flexibility techniques for over 20 years. Flexibility has always been a strong asset for Lindsay in her fitness routines. She recommends stretching after every workout at least three times a week for 20 minutes. This helps flush the muscles of toxins that develop during training, increases flexibility, and decreases injuries. Lindsay is available for 30 minute stretching sessions in the Houston, TX area.
